Kbuck aggregates and displays information about vehicles in the public auctions of the Houston Police Department (HPD) and the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Data comes from public sources — HPD, Harris County Sheriff, NHTSA, NICB, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, VINinspect, and similar services. Kbuck does not generate, edit, guarantee, or verify any of this information. We only aggregate, organize, and present it for your reference.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Mileage / odometer: the odometer shown for each vehicle comes from the most recent Texas DMV inspection record. That reading may be weeks, months, or years old and does not necessarily reflectthe vehicle's current mileage.
Estimated value ("Est. value"): a rough indicative figure computed from year, make, model, and recorded mileage. It is not the auction sale price and not a professional appraisal. The final price is determined at the auction.
Dates, times, locations, and vehicle attributes may change without notice from HPD or the Sheriff. Always confirm directly with the official source before attending or bidding.
3. Buyer due-diligence
Before bidding on, buying, or making any financial decision regarding a vehicle, you are expected to:
- Personally inspect the vehicle at the lot.
- Verify the title and VIN.
- Confirm date, time, and place with the organizing authority.
- Consult a mechanic you trust if needed.

does not replace any of these steps.

By using this site, you accept all risks tied to the information presented. Kbuck, its developers, operators, and contributors
are not responsible for:
- Financial losses arising from buying decisions based on information shown on the site.
- Differences between the information displayed and the actual vehicle (mileage, damage, prior owners, salvage history, etc.).
- Cancellations, postponements, location changes, or errors in auctions.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from using or being unable to use the service.
5. Permitted use
Kbuck is a free service for personal use. Not permitted: automated scraping, commercial redistribution of the data, reselling the information, reverse-engineering the platform, or using multiple accounts to bypass any limit. Violations may result in immediate ban without notice.
6. Personal data
To identify the user and sync favorites across devices, Kbuck uses Sign in with Google. We only store: your email, your public Google display name, an optional profile picture, and the VINs you mark as favorites. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You can request deletion of your account by emailing the contact address on the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. If the changes are material, you'll be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the service. The current version is shown in the header of this page.
8. Acceptance
